`
`are GRANTED.
`
`However, the Court notes that this is the fourth post-settlement conference request for an

`
`Accordingly, leave is granted for submission of Plaintiff’s supplemental expert reports,
`
`which were served on the Western Digital Defendants on May 17, 2018. In addition, several
`
`deadlines in the prior Case Management Orders are extended as follows:
`
`
`1.
`
`Each party shall make its initial expert witness disclosures, as required under Rule
`
`26, on the issues on which the opposing party bears the burden of proof no later than
`
`July 12, 2018.
`
`2.
`
`3.
`
`Rebuttal expert witness disclosures are to be made no later than July 26, 2018.
`
`Expert depositions, if any, shall begin no later than July 30, 2018 and be
`
`completed by August 31, 2018. To the extent an expert’s schedule does not permit a deposition
`
`during the deposition period, the parties are allowed to hold the deposition on a mutually agreed
`
`upon date outside of the deposition period so long as this does not affect any other deadlines and
`
`requirements of this Order.
`
`4.
`
`Motions for summary judgment with evidentiary material and accompanying
`
`brief(s), if appropriate, shall be filed by September 27, 2018, and responses to such motions
`
`shall be filed on or before October 25, 2018. Reply and surreply briefs shall not be filed unless
`
`leave of Court is sought and approved.
`
`
`
`IT IS SO ORDERED.
