`COMES NOW,CARLOS E RODRIGUEZMILIAN, petitioner , pro se,in reference to the above entitiled
`case,with respect,candor,and deference,states and prays to take into account:
`
`1) Nature and circumstances of offense indicted are limited to a single count,isolated single incident,
`in one specific time and date.
`
`2)Defendant does not have anycriminal history,or any offense that involves violence, firearms,or
`dangerous weapon in relation to incident.
`
`3)Defendant's characteristics and behavior,family and community ties,are detailed on pre-sentence
`report.
`
`4)Defendant have not been involvedin anyillegal act or disciplinary problem during imprisonment
`prior sentencing.
`
`5)Defendantis not an organizer,leader,or manager of people involvedin the offense.
`
`6)Defendant's spouse and children are suffering extraordinary emotional problems based on
`encarceration.
`
`7)Defendantrespectfully request to the Honorable Judge to impose a sentence sufficient,but not greater
`than necessary, taking into accountthe factors to be considered.
`
`8)As stated on the pre-sentence report,defendant respectfully request to the Honorable Judge,to
`submit a recommendation to FCI Miami Camp as BOPfacility to serve time,and release residence.
`The reason is because mysister lives in Miami and my closest family expect a further relocation to
`the state of Florida.Defendant expect to culminate and adult continuing education,and seek for
`more employment opportunities in Miami.
`
