`COMES NOW, CARLOS RODRIGUEZ MILIAN, DEFENDANT, pro se, moves this court

`to inform important medical issue regarding MOC GUAYNABO.With candor,
`
`honesty, and deference, defendant respecfully states,
`
`Since five months Defendant has been requesting to MDC medical staff
`
`the necessity of glasses,and an ophtalmic exam. As a result of lack of
`
`response from medical staff to multiple requests during all this time,
`
`defendant& vision on right eye is almost blinded.Defendant received two
`
`surgeries in right eye prior arrival at MDC,and need to have scheduled
`
`vision exams to verify the progress of the eye,as directed by surgeon
`
`who performed the surgery.Strong headaches and dizziness Are.suffered
`
`by defendant caused by the vision problem.
`
`Expecting prompt attention regarding this motion.
