`COMES NOW DEFENDANT CARLOS RODRIGUEZ-MILIAN, REPRESENTED BY
`
`THE UNDERSIGNING COUNSEL, AND RESPECTFULLY ALLEGES, STATES, AND PRAYS:
`
`1. The undersigned refers to defendant’s motion entitled ‘Motion Medical Issue’ filed on
`
`July 9, 2014 [Dkt. 2016]. The defendant’s need for eyeglasses, an ophthalmic
`
`examination, post-surgical treatment, and medical condition were brought to our
`
`attention for the first time upon reading the aforementioned motion and never before.
`
`2. We join defendant’s medical exam and treatment motion, and will make every diligent
`
`effort to inquire in relation to the eyeglasses, eye exam, and further ophthalmic
`
`treatment. We will continue along, with any steps taken with and by the U.S. Bureau
`
`of Prisons (BOP) as to such treatment, and make follow-up contact, via their legal and
`
`medical staff, and the warden at MDC Guaynabo.
`
` WHEREFORE, THE UNDERSIGNING RESPECTFULLY REQUESTS THAT THIS
`
`HONORABLE COURT TAKE NOTICE OF THE AFOREMENTIONED AND ORDER BOP TO
`
`ALLOW AND PROVIDE FOR NECESSARY MEDICAL EXAM, EYEGLASSES, AND
`
`
`
