`It is respectfully requested that the time now set for filing Applicant-Appellant’s Reply
`Brief, December 28, 2014, be extended thirty (30) days so that it will be due January 27, 2015.

`This request is not made for the purposes of delay. The undersigned counsel is seeking

`instructions from Applicant, a Canadian corporation, and it's Canadian Attorney (who are

`currently closed for the year-end holidays). As a result, Applicant's undersigned counsel needs

`more time to prepare the Reply Brief.

`In consideration of the above, it is respectfully requested that Applicant-Appellant be

`granted additional time, as contemplated by Rule 2.142(b), in which to file a Brief. In the event
`
`that this request is denied, Applicant-Appellant respectfully requests that the time to file its Brief
`
`at least be reset for a brief period to afford time to prepare and file its Brief.
