`are continuing to work out the final terms of a co-existence agreement. Accordingly, the parties

`request that this proceeding be suspended six (6) months to permit the parties to finalize this

`matter, and for Opposer and Applicant to complete any actions required by the terms of the co-
`
`existence agreement.

`This request is made for good cause upon stipulation of the parties in accordance
`
`with 37 C.F.R. 2.1l7(c) and TBMP Section 510.03(a). This request is made subject to the right
`
`of either party to request resumption at any time prior to the expiration of the suspension period,
`
`in accordance with TBMP Section 510.03(b).
