`application, request permission from the Board to Withdraw as the authorized representative of

`the Applicant in this proceeding.

`Applicant filed a petition for bankruptcy under Chapter 7 on January 22, 2002. The Board
`
`has consequently suspended this proceeding. The Trustee in Bankruptcy ("Trustee") has chosen
`
`not to employ Munsch Hardt to represent him in these proceedings. Munsch Hardt is therefore no
`
`longer able to represent the applicant or real party in interest. All reasonable steps have been
`
`taken to avoid foreseeable prejudice to the Trustee, including complying with all applicable laws
`
`

`and rules and delivery to the Trustee of all papers and property that relate to this proceeding and
`
`to which Applicant is entitled.
`
