`CONSENTED MOTION TO EXTEND TIME TO ANSWER

`Now comes Applicant Purelogical International Limited, by its attorneys and with

`the consent of Opposer, and moves for an extension of time to answer. In support of this
`
`Motion, Applicant states as follows:
`
`1. Pursuant to the Board’s Order of January 16, 2008, App1icant’s Answer to the
`Notice of Opposition is due on or before February 22, 2008.
`
`2. The Parties are discussing possible settlement of this matter and would like to
`extend the time to Answer in order to facilitate further negotiation.
`
`3. Applicant thus requests a 60 day extension of the time to Answer, extending that
`date to April 22, 2008, and that all discovery dates are similarly extended sixty
`days.
`
`4. Applicant has discussed this Motion with counsel for Opposer, who consents to
`same.
`
`WHEREFORE, Applicant Purelogicol International Limited respectfully requests
`
`The Board to enter and Order extending the time to Answer, and all following discovery
`
`dates, by 60 days.
