`On October 13, 2011, applicant filed a proposed amendment

`to its application Serial No. 77867573, with opposer's

`consent.

`By the proposed amendment applicant seeks to change the
`
`recitation of services in International Classes 35, 41, and 44
`
`by adding the following language to the end of each
`
`description:
`
`
`“All of the foregoing services are based on
`research involving cultures of longevity and
`wellness.”
`

`
`Inasmuch as the amendment is clearly limiting in nature
`
`as required by Trademark Rule 2.71(a), and because opposer
`
`consents thereto, it is approved and entered. See Trademark
`
`Rule 2.133(a). As amended, the services will read:

`their employees make health, wellness and
`nutritional changes in their daily living to

`and commercial communities focused on health,
`wellness and longevity in the nature of providing

`providing assistance, fitness evaluation and
`consultation to individuals to help them make
`health, wellness and nutritional changes in their
`daily living to improve health; employer sponsored
`health programs in the nature of providing
`assistance, fitness evaluation and consultation to
`corporate clients to help their employees make
`health, wellness and nutritional changes in their
`daily living to improve health; wellness
`communities in the nature of providing health
`improvement services and facilities for health and

`If this resolves the dispute herein, opposer is allowed
`
`until thirty days from the mailing date of this order to file
`
`a withdrawal of the opposition, failing which the opposition
`
`will go forward on the application as amended. See Trademark
