`1 The Board notes that opposer served a copy of its motion for discovery sanctions in
`the form of judgment upon applicant’s counsel by email only. The Board presumes,
`therefore, that the parties have stipulated to accept service of papers via electronic
`transmission. See Trademark Rule 2.119(b)(6). In view thereof, applicant’s response
`to opposer’s motion for sanctions in the form of judgment is due by April 19, 2014.
`See Trademark Rules 2.119(c) and (c) and 2.127(a). To the extent the parties have
`not mutually agreed to accept service of papers by electronic transmission, then
`opposer has not properly served applicant with its motion for discovery sanctions in
`the form of judgment under Board rules and should therefore effectuate proper
`service promptly and notify the Board of such service.
