`provided herein, of all adversarial parties, namely, Caesars License Company, LLC (“Opposer”),
`its application for registration of the mark HARRODS as shown in Application Serial No.
`85/484,411 which is the subject of Opposition Proceeding No. 91210791 (“Opposition”) before
`the United States Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.

`Conditioned on acceptance of the foregoing request for abandonment, Opposer
