`Application Serial No. 79/140,090 for “PINK,” filed by Thomas Pink Limited, a limited

`company organized under the laws of the United Kingdom (“Applicant”), published in the

`Official Gazette on September 16, 2014 (“Applicant’s Mark”). Opposer believes it will be

`damaged by the registration of the Applicant’s Mark and therefore opposes the same on the
