`MOTION TO EXTEND SUSPENSION PENDING SETTLEMENT DISCUSSIONS

`Applicant Big3 Basketball, LLC, with the consent of Opposer Monster Energy

`Opposition No. 91242873

`Counsel, requests that the proceedings be Suspended an additional sixty (60) days from
`
`the end of the present suspension, December 23, 2019, and all subsequent dates be re-set
`
`by 30 days, such that proceedings will resume as of February 21, 2020 unless further
`
`extended.
`

`Good cause exists because the parties are actively engaged in settlement
`
`discussions, and have exchanged drafts of a written settlement agreement, the details of
`
`which are presently under review and active negotiations. This Motion is not offered for
`
`purposes of delay, and both parties consent to the extension. Thus, the Board’s approval
`
`of the request is earnestly solicited.
