`Monster Way, Corona, California 92879, (“Opposer”) believes that it will be damaged by the

`registration of U.S. Trademark Application Serial No. 79/238742 (“Application”) for the mark

` (“Applicant’s Mark”) filed by Wepeak Co., Ltd. (“Applicant”) and therefore opposes
`
`the same.

`As grounds for opposition, it is alleged:

`By the Application filed on May 15, 2018, Applicant seeks to obtain registration

`on the Principal Register of the trademark
`
` for “Operation of theme parks relating to

`sports; operation of amusement parks and theme parks; operation of amusement parks; providing
`
`theme park services as part of a franchise operation; providing recreation facilities; recreation
`
`information; providing and operating of sports facilities; operation of children's playgrounds;
`
`arranging of cultural events for others; recreational park services; maintenance of sports

`facilities; providing amusement arcade services” in International Class 41 based on Section 66(a)

`of the Trademark Act.
