`The undersigned attorney and law firm hereby request permission to withdraw as counsel

`for Respondent, Ultra Enterprises Inc., (Respondent), pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 11.116, Trademark
`
`Rule of Practice § 2.19(b), and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board Manual of Procedure
`
`(“TBMP”) § 513.01. The grounds for the withdrawal are as follows:
`
`Respondent no longer wishes to be represented by counsel in connection with this matter
`
`elects to represent itself. Withdrawal can be accomplished without material adverse effect on the
`
`interests of the Respondent. In accordance with 37 C.F.R. §11.116, the undersigned attorney has
`
`taken reasonable steps to avoid foreseeable prejudice to the rights of the Respondent, including
`
`discussing the withdrawal with Respondent well in advance on October 28, 2019 in connection
`
`with related proceeding no. 91240786. Therefore, the client was given notice of the withdrawal
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`at least two months before the expiration of the response period; provided with all documents
`
`and property in the practitioner’s file concerning the application, registration or proceeding to
`
`which the client is entitled; and notified of any responses that may be due, and of the deadline for
`
`response.
