`On April 20, Opposer/Counterclaim Respondent filed a motion to amend its

`pleading. Applicant/Counterclaim Petitioner filed its answer to the amended notice

`of opposition on May 14, 2020. Accordingly, the motion to amend the pleading is

`granted and the amended notice of opposition is accepted as the operative pleading.

`Proceedings are suspended, however, pending disposition of the motion (filed
`
`June 10, 2020) to strike Applicant/Counterclaim Petitioner’s affirmative defenses.

`Any paper filed during the pendency of this motion which is not relevant thereto will

`be given no consideration. See Trademark Rule 2.127(d).

`The Board also notes Applicant/Counterclaim Petitioner’s response (filed May 26,

`2020) to Opposer/Counterclaim Respondent’s motion to dismiss the

`counterclaim. Because Applicant/Counterclaim Petitioner does not oppose the motion
`
`to dismiss, 10 TTABVUE 3, the motion to dismiss the counterclaim to cancel
`

`Registration No. 942747 is granted as conceded. The proceeding will move forward
`
`with the counterclaim to cancel Registration No. 5681124.

`This suspension order does not toll the time for either party to respond to any

`outstanding discovery or to serve expert disclosures.
