`In support of the present consented motion to extend for good cause, Applicant submits

`that the parties continue to work diligently to negotiate a settlement. Counsel for Applicant
`
`and Opposer have exchanged email communication regarding settlement on November 30,
`
`December 20, 23, January 20, and 23. The parties are still considering the most recent
`
`proposed settlement terms. The content of those settlement discussions needs to remain
`
`confidential. Both parties’ counsel believe they will benefit from the additional time to
`
`negotiate the terms of settlement.
`
