`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. §§ 2.19(b) and 11.116 and TBMP § 513.01, the undersigned
`counsel and Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliff LLP (collectively, “Withdrawing Counsel”)
`respectfully move for leave to withdraw as counsel of record for Opposer, Rufus Labs, Inc.
`(“Opposer”) in the above-captioned opposition proceeding. The Board may permit withdrawal
`upon motion if the requirements of 37 C.F.R. § 11.116 are met.
`
`As grounds, withdrawal is permissible under 37 C.F.R. § 11.116(b)(1) because
`withdrawal can be accomplished in this case without material adverse effect on the interests of
`Client. This motion also complies with 37 C.F.R. § 11.116(c)-(d) and TBMP § 513.01.
`
`Orrick has notified the Opposer of its desire to withdraw from employment, and has
`allowed Applicant time for employment of another practitioner. All papers and property that
`relate to this proceeding and to which Opposer is entitled have been delivered to Opposer. No
`
`fees have been paid in advance relating to this proceeding, and, thus, have not been refunded.
