`Respondent opposes Petitioner’s motion to extend the deadlines in these proceedings.
`
`Respondent finds himself out of town without access to his records and his resources, which leaves him
`unable to create a full and proper response at this time. Respondent will submit a full response over the
`weekend, so the sole purpose of this preliminary response is to ask the TTAB not to rule on Petitioner’s
`motion until Respondent has time to fully respond.
`
`Respondent recognizes that this preliminary response is not in the correct format – which again, is due
`to the fact that Respondent is sitting in a hotel room, preparing to go to a client’s office. However,
`despite the lack of correct formatting, Respondent hopes that the TTAB will honor Respondent’s request
`and refrain from ruling on Petitioner’s motion until next week, which will give Respondent time to fully
`respond to Petitioner’s motion. Respondent would like to thank the TTAB in advance for its indulgence.
