`
`PRELIMINARY RESPONSE TO SHOW CAUSE ORDER
`AND REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL TIME
`
`
`
`Registrant Corrocoat Limited submits this Preliminary Response to the Board’s Notice of
`
`Default issued on May 8, 2021, and requests an additional 30 days to show cause why judgment
`
`by default should not be entered against Respondent.
`
`
`
`It is Registrant’s current understanding that the Board sent the Petition for Cancellation
`
`submitted on March 18, 2021 and the Notice of Default issued on May 8, 2021 by email to the
`
`email address listed for Registrant, tmclients@wolfgreenfield.com. Wolf, Greenfield & Sacks,
`
`P.C., attorneys for Registrant, controls this email address. Wolf Greenfield realized today that,
`
`due to a technical error in its email system, the Petition for Cancellation and the Notice of
`
`Default were not properly routed for evaluation. Wolf Greenfield is still investigating the error
`
`and its effects, and needs additional time to determine exactly what occurred before more
`
`substantively responding to the Notice of Default.
`
`
`
`

`

`
`
`
`
`Registrant, though its counsel, therefore requests the Board to provide an additional 30
`
`days for it to more substantively respond to the Notice of Default and show good cause why
`
`default should not be entered.
