`Plaintiff / Counter-Respondent Procon Analytics, LLC (“Procon”) and

`Defendant / Counter-Claimant Spireon, Inc. (“Spireon”) (collectively, “the

`Parties”), by and through the undersigned counsel, jointly provide the following

`update regarding the status of the Supreme Court of the United States Petition for
`
`Certiorari of the Court’s April 6 Order [Doc. 66]. By way of update, the Parties
`
`advise the Court as follows:
`
`1. Spireon on April 19, 2022, filed a Petition for Writ of Certiorari with the
`
`Supreme Court of the United States.
`
`2. The Supreme Court of the United States denied Spireon’s Petition for
`
`Writ of Certiorari on June 30, 2022.
`
`3. Procon filed an updated Bill of Costs on March 11, 2022, pursuant to the
`
`Case 3:19-cv-00201-JPM-JEM Document 89 Filed 07/19/22 Page 1 of 4 PageID #: 3038

`
`
`Court’s June 30 Notice [Doc. 66], which is currently pending before the
`
`Court.
