`summary judgment of whether the asserted ‘499 and ‘931 claims are invalid for lack of written

`description and enablement, and (ii) a brief in opposition to Defendant Geotab’s request to file a
`
`motion for summary judgment of anticipation based on the Fast patent application (WO
`
`2005/078473). Copies of these letters are attached as Exhibits A and B.
