`(“Honda”) and Defendants Nissan North America, Inc. and Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. (“Nissan”) in
`
`their Notice of Joinder (Dkt. No. 141), as well as Defendants Hyundai Motor America, Hyundai
`
`Motor Manufacturing Alabama, LLC, Kia Motors America, Inc., and Kia Motors Manufacturing
`
`Georgia, Inc. (“Hyundai and Kia”) in their Notice of Joinder (Dkt. No. 350), and Defendants
`
`Toyota Motor Corporation, Toyota Motor Sales U.S.A., Inc., Toyota Motor Manufacturing,
`
`Texas, Inc., Toyota Motor Manufacturing Kentucky, Inc., and Toyota Motor Manufacturing
`
`Mississippi, Inc. (“Toyota”) in their Notice of Joinder (Dkt. No. 370).
`
`For at least the reasons orally assigned by the Court during the pre-trial conference taking
`
`place on January 11, 2017, the Motion to Stay (Dkt. No. 133) is hereby DENIED.
`
