`AKORN’S AGREED MOTION
`TO EXTEND DEADLINE TO FILE BILL OF COSTS
`
`Defendant Akorn hereby moves for an extension of time to file its Bill of Costs. On
`
`October 16, 2017 the Court entered its Final Judgment [Dkt. 524]. Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 54
`
`and Local Rule CV-54, the deadline for filing the Bill of Costs is October 30, 2017.
`
`Akorn requests a fourteen day extension for filing its Bill of Costs, up to and including
`
`November 13, 2017. Plaintiff Allergan agrees to this extension, the purpose of which is to allow
`
`the parties additional time to meet and confer on Akorn’s costs in an effort to reach agreement
`
`and/or reduce areas of disagreement and dispute.
`
`WHEREFORE, Akorn respectfully requests that the Court extend the deadline for filing
`
`Akorn’s Bill of Costs to November 13, 2017.
