`Plaintiffs Uniloc USA, Inc. and Uniloc Luxembourg S.A. (collectively “Uniloc”) and
`
`Defendants ADP, LLC (“ADP”) and Big Fish Games, Inc. (“Big Fish”) (collectively,
`
`“Defendants”) hereby respectfully move to withdraw Defendants’ Opposed Motion to Amend
`
`the Docket Control Order (Dkt. No. 244, “Defendants’ Motion”).
`
`On September 6, 2017, Uniloc served its Final Election of Asserted Claims against Big
`
`Fish consisting of U.S. Patent No. 7,069,293 (“’293 patent”) claims 1, 12, and 17, U.S. Patent
`
`No. 6,510,466 (“’466 patent”) claims 15, 16, 17, 22, and 30, and U.S. Patent No. 6,324,578
`
`(“’578 patent”) claims 1, 8, 17, 27, and 38.
`
`On September 8, 2017, Uniloc served its Final Election of Asserted Claims against ADP
`
`consisting of ’293 patent claims 1, 12, and 17, ’466 patent claims 15, 16, 17, and 35, ’578 patent
`
`claims 1, 8, 17, and 38, and U.S. Patent No. 6,728,766 claims 7, 8, 11, 13, and 17.
`
`Therefore, Uniloc and the Defendants jointly move to withdraw Defendants’ Motion as
`
`moot based upon Uniloc having made its Final Election of Asserted Claims pursuant to General
`
`Order 13-20.
`
