`Before the Court is Defendant Daiichi Sankyo Company, Limited’s Second Unopposed

`Motion for Leave to Conduct Deposition of Dr. Trail After Close of Claim-Construction Discovery

`(the “Motion”). (Dkt. No. 117). Having considered the Motion, and noting that it is unopposed,
`
`the Court is of the opinion that it should be and hereby is GRANTED. Accordingly, it is
`
`ORDERED that the parties have leave to conduct Dr. Trail’s deposition on or before Tuesday,
`
`July 27, 2021.
`
`As this is the second extension requested, and in view of the impending claim construction
`
`deadlines, the parties should not expect any further extensions of this deadline absent
`
`extraordinary circumstances and a showing of exceptional good cause.
