`Before the Court is Defendants Daiichi Sankyo Co., Ltd., AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals

`LP, and AstraZeneca UK Ltd. (“Defendants”) Motion for Leave to File Sur-Reply Claim

`Construction Brief (the “Motion”). (Dkt. No. 139). Having considered the Motion, the Court finds
`
`that it should be and hereby is DENIED. The Court is of the opinion that additional briefing is
`
`unnecessary. The parties submitted nearly 1,500 pages of briefing and accompanying exhibits,
`
`and the parties will have the opportunity to explain their positions at the upcoming claim
`
`construction hearing.
