`Accordingly, it is ORDERED that MD Anderson’s Motion to Quash is DENIED-AS-

`MOOT and the status hearing on MD Anderson’s Motion to Quash, which is scheduled for August
`
`27, 2021 at 1:30 p.m., is hereby CANCELLED.
