`Before the Court is Plaintiff Seagen Inc.’s (“Seagen”) Unopposed Motion to Withdraw
`
`Previously Filed Return of Service Form and to Substitute Attached Waiver of Service Form (the
`
`“Motion”). (Dkt. No. 14). In the same, Seagen moves the Court to withdraw the Summons returned
`
`executed (the “Summons”) (Dkt. No.13) and substitute the Waiver of the Service of Summons
`
`form (the “Waiver Form”) (Ex. A, Dkt. No. 14-1) executed by Defendant Daiichi Sankyo
`
`Company, Ltd.(“DSC”). See Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(d). Having considered the Motion, and noting that
`
`it is unopposed, the Court is of the opinion that the same should be and hereby is GRANTED.
`
`In view of the Waiver Form, the Court finds that DSC has waived service of process. It is
`
`therefore ORDERED that the Summons is WITHDRAWN. It is further ORDERED that DSC’s
`
`time to answer, move, or otherwise respond to Seagen’s Complaint (Dkt. No. 1) is extended up to
`
`and including January 5, 2021.
