`The Court issues this order sua sponte. Before the Court are Seagen Inc.’s Motion to
`
`Compel the Deposition of Sunao Manabe (Dkt. No. 186), Renewed Motion to Compel Daiichi
`
`Sankyo Co., Ltd.’s Production of Development Documents and for Relief under Rule 37 (Dkt. No.
`
`187), and Motion to Compel Depositions of Toshinori Agatsuma, Yuki Abe, Yuji Kasuya, and
`
`Koji Morita (Dkt. No. 188) (collectively, the “Motions”). In light of the upcoming close of fact
`
`discovery, the Court finds that expediated briefing on the Motions is appropriate.
`
`Accordingly, it is ORDERED that Defendant Daiichi Sankyo Company, Ltd.’s responses
`
`in opposition to the Motions shall be filed on or before November 4, 2021. No reply or sur-reply
`
`shall be filed without leave of the Court.
