`PLAINTIFF SEAGEN INC.’S UNOPPOSED MOTION TO EXCUSE LEAD
`COUNSEL FROM HEARING
`
`Plaintiff Seagen Inc. respectfully files this Unopposed motion to Excuse Lead Counsel
`
`from the hearing in this matter currently scheduled for November 10, 2021. Seagen requests that
`
`Matthew A. Chivvis of Morrison & Foerster LLP be allowed to act as lead counsel with decision
`
`making authority for Seagen at the hearing in place of lead counsel, Michael A. Jacobs. This
`
`request is made due to Mr. Jacobs’ pre-scheduled Practising Law Institute (PLI) program. The
`
`PLI program schedule was set in July 2021 and Mr. Jacobs is scheduled to appear at 2:45 PM in
`
`New York on November 10th (see Exh. A) .
`
`Additionally, Defendants do not oppose the relief requested in this motion.
`
