`from Hearing (the “Motion”). (Dkt. No. 208). In the same, Seagen requests that Mr. Matthew A.

`Chivvis of Morrison & Foerster LLP be allowed to replace lead counsel, Mr. Michael A. Jacobs,
`
`at the November 10 motions hearing and meet and confer. Seagen notes that Mr. Jacobs has a
`
`pre-scheduled Practising Law Institute (PLI) program and that Mr. Chivvis will have decision
`
`making authority for Seagen. Having considered the Motion, and that Mr. Chivvis will have
`
`authority to compromise on the issues set for hearing, and the unopposed nature of the Motion, the
`
`Court is of the opinion that it should be and hereby is GRANTED.
`
`Accordingly, it is ORDERED that Mr. Jacobs is excused from the motions hearing and
`
`meet and confer scheduled for November 10, 2021 and Mr. Chivvis shall represent Seagen in his
`
`place.
