`motions to compel filed in the above-captioned case for an in-person meet and confer and hearing
`
`to occur on November 10, 2021. (Dkt. No. 200). After the Court issued said orders, AstraZeneca
`
`Pharmaceuticals LP and AstraZeneca UK Limited (collectively, “AstraZeneca”) filed two
`
`additional motions to compel. (Dkt. Nos. 211, 213) (the “AstraZeneca Motions”). The
`
`AstraZeneca Motions are also hereby set for an in-person hearing on Wednesday,
`
`November 10, 2021 at 2:30 p.m. central time in Marshall, Texas. The Court ORDERS that lead
`
`and local counsel for the parties meet and confer in-person in an effort to resolve these disputes
`
`beginning at 9:00 a.m. central time on November 10, 2021 and continuing until the Court takes
`
`up these matters on their merits. Such in-person meet and confer efforts shall take place within
`
`the Sam B. Hall, Jr. Federal Building and United States Courthouse in Marshall, Texas. The Court
`
`may increase or decrease the meet and confer process as the Court believes to be beneficial to the
`
`
`

`parties, the Court, and the interests of justice. Further, any response in opposition to the
`
`AstraZeneca Motions shall be filed no later than 9:00 a.m. on November 10, 2021. No reply or
`
`sur-reply shall be filed without leave of the Court.
