`Before the Court is Plaintiff Seagen, Inc.’s (“Seagen”) Renewed Motion to Compel Diiachi
`
`Sankyo Co., Ltd.’s Production of Development Documents and for Relief under Rule 37 (“the
`
`Motion”). (Dkt. No. 234). The Court hereby sets a telephonic hearing on the Motion for Friday,
`
`December 17, 2021 at 10:00am CT. Counsel for Defendant Daiichi Sankyo Co. Ltd. (“DSC”)
`
`should be prepared to explain its efforts to locate the lab notebooks at issue.
`
