`Before the Court is Plaintiff Seagen, Inc.’s (“Seagen”) Renewed Motion to Compel Diiachi
`
`Sankyo Co., Ltd.’s Production of Development Documents and for Relief under Rule 37 (“the
`
`Motion”). (Dkt. No. 234). On December 16, 2021, Defendant Daiichi Sankyo Co. Ltd. (“DSC”)
`
`filed a notice informing the Court that it located eight lab notebooks and they will be produced
`
`today, December 17, 2021. (Dkt. No. 245). In light of DSC’s Notice, the Court finds that it is
`
`premature to hold a hearing on Seagen’s Motion. Accordingly, it is ORDERED that the
`
`telephonic hearing on Seagen’s Motion currently set for December 17, 2021 is CONTINUED to
`
`Monday, December 20, 2021 at 10:00am CT. Further, Seagen shall file a notice by December
`
`20, 2021 at 8:00am CT advising the Court what issues, if any, remain from its Motion after
`
`reviewing the lab notebooks.
