`Before the Court is Plaintiff Seagen Inc.’s (“Seagen”) Unopposed Motion to Withdraw
`
`Appearance of Pieter de Ganon as Counsel for Plaintiff Seagen Inc (the “Motion”). (Dkt. No.
`
`269). In the Motion, Seagen requests that Pieter de Ganon, formerly of Morrison & Foerster LLP,
`
`be permitted to withdraw as counsel of record as Mr. de Ganon is no longer with the law firm.
`
`Having considered the Motion, and noting its unopposed nature, the Court is of the opinion that it
`
`should be and hereby is GRANTED.
`
`Accordingly, it is ORDERED that Pieter de Ganon be permitted to withdraw as counsel
`
`of record for Seagen in the above-captioned case. Further, the Clerk shall terminate Pieter de
`
`Ganon as counsel of record and electronic notifications to the same.
