`Before the Court is Plaintiff Seagen Inc. (“Seagen”) and Defendant Daiichi Sankyo Co.
`
`Ltd.’s (“DSC”) Joint Expedited Motion for Leave to Permit Use of Certain Discovery Materials in
`
`a Pending Arbitration (the “Motion”). (Dkt. No. 304). In the Motion, the parties jointly move to
`
`use certain documents produced by Seagen in this action in a pending arbitration between the
`
`parties. (Id.). The parties further state that the Motion resolves DSC’s Motion for Leave to use
`
`Certain Discovery Materials in a Pending Arbitration (“DSC’s Motion for Leave”) (Dkt. No. 285).
`
`(Id.).
`
`Having considered the Motion, and noting its joint nature, the Court is of the opinion that
`
`it should be and hereby is GRANTED. Accordingly, it is ORDERED that documents
