`Before the Court is Defendant Daiichi Sakyo Company, Limited’s (“DSC”) Unopposed
`
`Motion to Withdraw Appearance of Joseph O’Malley, Jr. as Counsel for Defendant Daiichi Sakyo
`
`Company, Limited (the “Motion”). (Dkt. No. 305). In the Motion, DSC requests that Joseph
`
`O’Malley, Jr., formerly of Paul Hastings LLP, be permitted to withdraw as counsel of record as
`
`Mr. O’Malley is no longer with the law firm. Having considered the Motion, and noting its
`
`unopposed nature, the Court is of the opinion that it should be and hereby is GRANTED.
`
`Accordingly, it is ORDERED that Joseph O’Malley, Jr. be permitted to withdraw as
`
`counsel of record for DSC in the above-captioned case. Mr. O’Malley is currently designated as
`
`the Lead Attorney for DSC. Therefore, DSC shall designate new lead counsel within two (2) days
`
`from the date of this Order pursuant to Local Rule CV-11(a). Further, the Clerk shall terminate
`
`Joseph O’Malley, Jr. as counsel of record and electronic notifications to the same.
`
