`Before the Court are Defendant Daiichi Sankyo Co., Ltd.’s (“Defendant”) Unopposed
`
`Motion to File under Seal its Rule 12(b) Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Subject Matter Jurisdiction
`
`and Lack of Personal Jurisdiction (Dkt. No. 26) and Unopposed Motion to File under Seal its
`
`Motion to Transfer Under 28 U.S.C. § 1404 to the District of Delaware (Dkt. No. 27) (together,
`
`the “Motions to Seal”). In the Motions to Seal, Defendant requests leave to file its Rule 12(b)
`
`Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Subject Matter Jurisdiction and Lack of Personal Jurisdiction (the
`
`“Motion to Dismiss”) (Dkt. No. 22) and its Motion to Transfer Under 28 U.S.C. § 1404 to the
`
`District of Delaware (the “Motion to Transfer”) (Dkt. No. 24), along with their supporting
`
`declarations, under seal. Defendant represents that those filings contain confidential and
`
`proprietary information from Defendant and third parties. Having considered the Motions to Seal,
`
`and noting that they are unopposed, the Court is of the opinion that the same should be and hereby
`
`are GRANTED.
`
`Accordingly, it is ORDERED that Defendant has leave to file its Motion to Dismiss and
`
`Motion to Transfer, along with the supporting declarations attached thereto, UNDER SEAL.
`
