` THE PARTIES’ NOTICE TO THE COURT REGARDING
`AGREEMENTS ON OUTSTANDING OBJECTIONS AND MOTIONS IN LIMINE

`Plaintiff Seagen Inc. and Defendants Daiichi Sankyo Company, Limited, AstraZeneca
`
`Pharmaceuticals LP and AstraZeneca UK Ltd. (collectively, the “Parties”) submit this joint notice
`
`regarding agreements reached during meet and confer on outstanding objections and motions in
`
`limine.
`
`Motions in Limine
`
`The Parties reached agreement on ten motions in limine in the Joint Agreed Motions in
`
`Limine (Dkt. No. 315). The Parties continue to meet and confer on the remaining motions in limine
`
`in dispute.
`
`Objections to Pretrial Disclosures
`
`The Parties have met and conferred and are still working together to further narrow their
`
`disputes. Additionally, the Parties anticipate that resolution of the Parties’ pending motions in
`
`limine being heard at the Court’s pretrial conference on February 24, 2022, as well as any rulings
`
`

`on the Parties’ pending summary judgment and Daubert motions, will resolve a number of issues
`
`regarding the Parties’ standing objections to a number of the Parties’ pretrial disclosures.

`Ongoing Meet and Confers
`
`The Parties met and conferred on February 18, 2021 regarding the motions in limine and
`
`are continuing to meet and confer regarding all outstanding pretrial objections, including as
`
`recently as today, February 21, 2022.
`
