`Sankyo Japan will continue to represent Daiichi Sankyo Japan. Counsel for Daiichi Sankyo

`Japan respectfully requests to remove Michelle Marek Figueiredo and Junxiao Huang from the
`
`service list for this action. Plaintiff does not oppose the withdrawal of Michelle Marek
`
`Figueiredo and Junxiao Huang as counsel for Defendant.
