`Seagen Inc. hereby requests permission for Jayson Cohen to withdraw from representing
`
`

`it in the above-entitled and numbered actions and requests that the clerk of the Court remove his
`
`name from the list of persons authorized to receive electronic notices in this case pursuant to Local
`
`Rule CV-11(e). Plaintiff does not oppose the withdrawal, and the withdrawal will not have a
`
`materially adverse effect on Plaintiff, as it is still represented by counsel who are fully capable of
`
`representing its interests. Further, Defendants do not oppose the motion.

`WHEREFORE, PREMISES CONSIDERED, the undersigned counsel respectfully

`requests that the Court grant this motion, permitting Jayson Cohen to withdraw from the above-

`entitled and numbered actions and removing him from the list of persons authorized to receive
