`Defendant Daiichi Sankyo Company, Limited (“Defendant”) hereby requests to withdraw
`
`the designation of Joseph M. O’Malley, Jr. as lead counsel in this action. Two attorneys, Preston
`
`K. Ratliff II and Joseph M. O’Malley, Jr., were inadvertently previously designated as lead counsel
`
`(Dkt. No. 28 and 37), but only one attorney can be designated as lead attorney in this action. See
`
`Local Rule CV-11(a). Mr. Ratliff will continue to be designated as lead counsel in this action, and
`
`Mr. O’Malley will remain as counsel of record. Plaintiff Seagen Inc. does not oppose this motion.
`
`Therefore, Defendant respectfully requests that the designation of Joseph M. O’Malley, Jr. as lead
`
`counsel be withdrawn.
