`SEAGEN’S UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR ENTRY OF AGREED BILL OF COSTS
`
`Seagen submits this Unopposed Motion for Entry of Agreed Bill of Costs pursuant to
`
`Federal Rules of Civil Procedure Rule 54, Local Rule 54, and this Court’s Standing Order
`
`Regarding Bill of Costs (“Standing Order”).
`
`On July 19, 2022, the Court entered a Final Judgment in favor of Seagen, and “directed
`
`[Seagen] to file its proposed Bill of Costs.” (Dkt. 432.) Pursuant to Local Rule 54(b)(2), Seagen
`
`and Defendants have met and conferred concerning the amount of costs to be taxed under 28
`
`U.S.C. § 1920, and have reached agreement. Accordingly, Seagen requests the entry of the Agreed
`
`Bill of Costs, attached hereto as Exhibit A, and taxation of the costs listed therein, in the amount
`
`of $177,558.39. Defendants do not oppose this motion.
`
