`Before the Court is Defendant Daiichi Sankyo Co. Ltd.’s (“DSCL”) Unopposed Motion to
`
`Withdraw Designation as Lead Counsel (the “Motion”). (Dkt. No. 42). In the same, DSCL informs
`
`the Court that it has inadvertently designated two attorneys as Lead Counsel. DSCL asks to
`
`withdraw the Lead Counsel designation for Preston K. Ratliff II, who will remain counsel of
`
`record. Joseph M. O’Malley, Jr. will remain designated as Lead Counsel.
`
`
`
`Having considered the Motion, and noting that it is unopposed, the Court is of the opinion
`
`that the same should be and hereby is GRANTED. Accordingly, it is ORDERED that the Lead
`
`Counsel designation for Preston K. Ratliff II is withdrawn, and that Joseph M. O’Malley, Jr. is
`
`designated Lead Counsel for DSCL.
