`Movant, Angela X. Gao, attorney of record for Intervenor – Defendants, AstraZeneca

`Pharmaceuticals LP, and AstraZeneca UK LTD., moves this Court for an order granting that
`
`Angela X. Gao be withdrawn from representation of AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals LP, and
`
`AstraZeneca UK LTD., in the above cause.
`

`
`AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals LP, and AstraZeneca UK LTD., will be represented in this
`
`matter by David Berl with the law firm of Williams & Connolly, and Jennifer P. Ainsworth with
`
`the law firm of Wilson, Robertson & Cornelius, P.C., and no prejudice will result to any party as
`
`a result of this withdrawal. Therefore, Angela X. Gao moves the Court for an order discharging
`
`her as attorney of record for AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals LP, and AstraZeneca UK LTD., in this
`
`suit, and granting such other relief as the Court may deem proper.
