`Before the Court is the Unopposed Motion to Extend Time to File a Response to First Amended

`Complaint (the “Motion”) filed by Defendants Verizon Communications Inc., Cellco Partnership, d/b/a

`Verizon Wireless, Verizon Enterprise Solutions, LLC, Verizon Business Global LLC, Verizon
`
`Business Network Services, LLC, and Terremark North America LLC (collectively, “Defendants”).
`
`(Dkt. No. 25.) In the Motion, Defendants request a one-week extension on the deadline to respond to
`
`Plaintiff Agis Software Development LLC’s (“Plaintiff”) First Amended Complaint (Dkt. No. 23). (Id.
`
`at 1.) Plaintiff does not oppose the Motion. (Id.)
`
`Having considered the Motion, and noting its unopposed nature, the Court finds that it should
`
`be and hereby is GRANTED. Accordingly, the Court ORDERS that the deadline for Defendants to
`
`respond to Plaintiff’s First Amended Complaint (Dkt. No. 23) is extended up to and including
`
`September 14, 2022.
