`On the agenda for today will be to preadmit the exhibits. Mr. Dacus reminded the Court that the
`parties are prepared to take up first day of trial deposition designations.

`The Court heard Defendants’ objections to Plaintiff’s exhibits. Dina Hayes argued for
`defendants. Jordan Bergsten and Mark Schafer argued for plaintiff. The Court made rulings.
`
`The parties then argued Plaintiff’s objections to Defendant Charter’s exhibits. Anita Liu, Mark
`Schafer and Philip Eckert argued for plaintiff. Dan Reisner and Dina Hayes argued for Charter.
`The Court made rulings.

`The Court then heard the deposition designations regarding the Charter case. Ms. Hayes and Mr.
`Reisner argued for Charter. Mr. Schafer and Mr. Bergsten argued for plaintiff. The Court
`carried the objections.
