`Before the Court is Defendants Comcast Cable Communications, LLC, Comcast

`Corporation, Comcast Cable Communications Management, LLC, and Comcast of Houston,

`LLC’s (together, “Comcast”) Unopposed Motion for Withdrawal of Attorney Micayla Hardisty.
`
`Having considered Comcast’s Motion and noting it is unopposed, the Court hereby ORDERS
`
`that Comcast’s Motion is GRANTED.
`
`It is therefore ORDERED that Micayla Hardisty is permitted to withdraw as counsel of
`
`record for Comcast in this case. The Clerk of the Court is directed to terminate all CM/ECF
`
`notifications as to Micayla Hardisty for this case.
