`The Court inquired about the deposition designations for the first day of trial. Jordan Bergsten
`responded. This will be addressed after the exhibit objections have been heard.

`The Court heard arguments on objections to exhibits. Keon Zemoudeh, David Lisson, Deron
`Dacus and Alena Farber argued for Comcast. Mr. Bergsten and Philip Eckert argued for
`Touchstream. The Court made rulings.

`After the lunch break, the parties argued objections to the deposition designations. Mr. Lisson
`and Ms. Farber argued for defendant. Mr. Bergsten and Mr. Eckert argued for plaintiff. The
`Court made rulings.
`
`The Final Pretrial Conference, if needed, regarding the deposition designations of witnesses
`Pinard and Ricker, will be held on February 3, 2025, at 9:00 am.
